It's That Time Of Year Again...
By Ron Jumper

The NBA season is upon us and I personally can’t wait for it to get going. There are always plenty of intriguing plot lines going into every season but does that make them any less interesting? How will the Pistons perform without Ben Wallace? Is this Lebron James’ year to take home the MVP? Does Don Nelson get the Golden State Warriors into the playoffs? Does Ron Artest stay calm in Sacramento for year 2? Can Kobe get the Lakers deeper into the playoffs? Can Shaq and D-Wade repeat as champions? So many questions and only time can give the answers.

There you have it…

The Dallas Mavericks will reign as the NBA champions this season. Dirk Nowitzki will be the NBA Finals MVP and Mark Cuban will extend his complaining about how an international player should have a fair chance at winning the MVP. David Stern will fine Cuban over and over throughout this season, prompting Cuban to leave all of his complaining for his blog (BlogMaverick.com).
