Free College Football Picks: Week 10 By Ron Jumper In my eyes, this should be that week that starts to clear things up in the standings as to who is for real and who is just pretending. The ACC, Big 12, Big East, and SEC all have some intriguing match-ups that, thanks to yours truly, you will know the outcome before hand. The Tigers are certainly capable of covering it, but the Vols are ranked higher and at home, which in case you have lived under a rock Knoxville is a very tough place to play. This is a game where you have to take the odds and the odds favor the Vols.
